Terms & Conditions:

• You may cancel your charter up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled trip

• Cancellation of a trip within 3 days (72 hours) of your scheduled departure time will result in a 50% reimbursement of your booked trip

• If you do not show up for your scheduled trip, you will be charged the full amount for the specific trip that was booked

• Maximum of 6 people total per group

• No children under the age of 5

• If you’d like to reschedule your trip rather than cancel, we will always make the best effort to accommodate your date/trip requests within the set schedule of other customers

• Alcohol is always permitted on trips if customers are of legal age; we ask that you do not bring glass bottles

• No spray sunscreen (stains), lotion style is accepted

• You do not need any gear or fishing licensing, both are provided

• You may bring whatever food/drinks you desire

• Do not bring any illicit or illegal materials/drugs with you on your charter

• While we prefer to run catch and release charters the captains will clean, prepare and bag your catch at the end of the trip. Bring a cooler to take your fish home if you’d like.

• Tipping our captains is always appreciated.

• If the captain has to cancel your trip due to severe weather, unfavorable conditions, illness, etc., you will be reimbursed 100% of your payment
